//apt-get install vlc browser-plugin-vlc  , cant not show video, only show first frame

//solved , only need to adjust the  preference   , 

tools > preferences > audio > ALSA audio output

tools > preferences > videos > output > X11 video output XCB

tooles > preferences> input&codecs > use gpu accerleareted decoding

//turn the audio off will make the movie smoothy
